Weight loss in summer is much easier than in the winter. We will share some blogs about how to lose weight in the summer and in the winter. Today, we are sharing some basic tips that will help you to lose some weight if you follow it properly.
Here are some tips how to lose weight in the summer.
- Eat fruits a lot like watermelon, lemon, orange, apple, banana but avoid sweet fruits
- Don’t drink any kinds of soda, cola or juice during the period
- Try to eat every 3 to 4 hours instead of eating every 6-7 hours.
- Try to eat slowly & enjoy your food
- Eat more vegetables & fruits during summer
- Vegetable like tomato, cucumber, carrots, lady fingers & spinach will faster your weight lose process
- Drink a lot water minimum 8 glasses & have a glass of water before taking any meal
- Avoid totally Chips, Chocolate & Sweet
- Don’t avoid breakfast & lunch
- Sleep 8 hours par day & drink milk before going to bed at night
- Try to do some exercise before taking breakfast and after having dinner
- 10-15-minute exercise will double your weight loss process
